How do I remove AT&T logo from browser/connection title bar?

Hello,

I'm a former AT&T ISP customer, and wish to remove all
the commercial ads they have in the title bars on browser
and connection dialog boxes. Any help in how to resolve
this is greatly appreciated.

Frank, I had the same problem with the AT&T stuff left on my 'puter after
leaving AT&T and going with RoadRunner. I asked the same question as below
to the Windows ME newsgroup and didn't have any success in getting the
answer. I'm going to save your response in case I ever leave R/R and have
to get rid of their stuff that replaced AT&T's. Oh yeah, I was able to get
rid of my problem when my harddrive failed and had to be replaced. It's not
the ideal way to do it but it worked <vbg>.

My brother has the METALLICA logo where AT&T should be. I have no clue how he did it.
