And did you back-up any/all Registry keys before you altered them?

Do you have an available Restore Point that predates the changes to the
Registry but postdates the install of IE7?

I tried to do a system restore, but all the dates I've selected for the
restore have come back saying windows is unable to restore your system to
that date.

I did't back up the registry keys before I deleted the Start Page value

If you're running Norton AntiVirus or Kaspersky Anti-Virus, see

Hi,
If you only edited one registry key and know which one, I could send a REG
file to replace that key. Do you know which key it was?

bar it doesn't bring up any of the sites that begin with the letters i've
started to type in. how can i fix this
