If you do a google search for minimizing outlook express to the system tray,
you will find a number of links explaining how the registry can be edited to
minimize Microsoft outlook to the system tray. Is it possible for me to do
the same for outlook express?

I know that there are several neat softwares out there which will minimize
not only outlook express but any other program to the system tray. But I
don't understand why I cant find a single link that explains how I can
minimize outlook express by editing the registry while there are tons of
websites that show how to minimize Microsoft outlook to the system tray. If
I can do it for outlook why cant I do it for outlook express?

Can someone show me how to do it, if at all possible. I have outlook
express 5.5 and windows xp home edition on my computer.

Thanks much.

There is no way to do that with OE without using a third party program ...
no Registry hack.
