Local crash dumps for hung app

The development builds of one of our applications are hanging in Win7 under
certain unusual system configurations, and we're having trouble re-creating
it in a controlled environment (i.e., under a debugger). Win7 "knows" that
it's hung and wants to send reports. Outside of registering one of the
development builds in WinQual and waiting, is there a way to get a local
crash dump? We can't find any on the target systems.
