On the http://www.microsoft.com/whdc/DevTools/Debugging/symbolpkg.mspx page
there are no separate symbols for 2003R2/SP2 server (X64), so I loaded the
symbols for 2003 sp2 x64.

I still can not load a dump file, I get Symbol file could not be found for
ntdll.dll. The PDB is in the symbols directory and the path is pointed
correctly.

C:\Windows\Symbols;D:\Apps\JusticeLink\Bin

Are there separate symbols for 2003R2/SP2?

If not, what else could be wrong?

Hello

As Don suggested, please follow this KB article to config your system with
symbol server:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/311503
In this way, correct symbols will be downloaded for you automatically.

If you have any other questions, please feel free to post here.

The server that will be using the symbols the customer will not allow any
internet access to or from. So I really need a local copy of these symbols.

Symbols are available for every other server combination, just not this one.
These have got to be available somewhere.

So can you set up a temporary server with the same base software and suck
down the symbols to a local cache? Note: once they are down you can use
them without the internet.
