During shut down the message eror OE 0028:C003157D appears on a win98 se
dektop system.

What should I do to fix the problem?

That is a virtual memory page fault. Window or an application is trying
to access a page directory entry or page table that is not present, or
has caused a page-access violation.

Does the message say something like:

Does it not make reference to a module (dll, vxd, exe) ?
