I am trying to run a cd-rom that came with "Barron's Guide
to Colleges 2003". The file seems to load but when I try
to open it, I receive the following error message: There
was a problem loading the file specified when running the
Accessibility Wizard.
Any ideas about what the problem might be?

If you don't need it, uninstall Accessibility and see if that helps.
Control panel, add remove program, windows set up--remove the mark from
the accessibility box and OK your way out.

I uninstalled the Accessibility Wizard, but then when I
tried to open the file, I received the following error
message:
Windows cannot find ACCWIZ.EXE
This program is needed for opening files fo the type 'DAT
File'.
Any other ideas. Thanks

A .dat file should have no standard program association--the program
that creates the file is the program that opens it. Go to Explorer,
click view, file types, scroll down and find the .dat association and
remove it.
