I redevelop a peer2peer application consisting of some 3 individual
processes running on XP machine. I need to open the firewall for all the 3
processes, but never encounter such a situation (where more than 1
executable should be addressed in the firewall).
Do experts in this NG see any problem regarding that?
Thanks
Ronny

Why are you using individual processes instead of multiple threads within a
single process?

If one or more of the processes is not configured correctly, or at all, then
your p2p system will likely fail. Firewalls have no concept of multiple
processes working together.
