Can't get PR_FOLDER_WEBVIEWINFO to work in OL2010

The Outlook 2010 beta happily seems to ignore the folder webpages we setup
through PR_FOLDER_WEBVIEWINFO . The same setting works fine in outlook
2003/2007.

I know about the NonDefaultStoreScript group policy object, but I don't
think it's related because it didn't have any influence in 2007 either. To
make sure I downloaded the 2010 adm templates and disabled it anyway. A
secondary pst store now supports setting the homepage fine, on our store it's
still ignored.

Any STORE_SUPPORT or other settings that Outlook 2010 requires for folder
homepages to work?

Making the store type private (using the
urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:outlook#storetypeprivate property from the
PS_PUBLIC_STRINGS set) does the trick. Reading the documentation, I don't
quite see how the two are related... but it works.
