Hauppage TV Tuner: audio plays but no video

Hi,

I have a problem with Hauppage TV Tuner . Quite often I could hear the
audio but I can't see the video. The corresponding DirectShow graph does
not generate any errors. Channel switching works fine too. I'm using VMR7
on XP. The tuner is in analog/cable mode.

Can someone please give me some idea what to look for?
