Can't see the NVidia perfhud adapter

Is anyone using NVidia PerfHUD with .NET? I am trying to use PerfHUD but my
C# application does not list the PerfHUD adapter. The demo included with
PerfHUD seems to work, and it seems I have enabled instrumentation for the
video driver, but I can't see the adapter in c#.
