I have just reinstalled my system from scratch.

I have a few explorer addin toolbars which I use regularly but there is a
strange problem.

When I login as myself everything is fine but when other people in the house
use their logins all the tool bars are available in Explorer but the
right-click menu doesn't associate the toolbars with the correct names in
the menu - so I can open and use all the bars but have to fish around for
the correct one as they are somehow scrambled in the list!

Anyone any idea what is going on?

Thanks

Carol

Hi Carol,
I had a very similar thing happen to me in that the Icons on the desktop had
each others "right click menus" after a "fresh install" of win 2k sp1 and
then a update to Explorer 6 sp1 and win 2k sp3 install. I've done several
things sense then and I can not tell you what it was that got mine
straightened out but it did correct itself and I think it may repeat may
have been related to a warning box that said put the original CD back in so
it could restore files that had been changed to "unrecognized versions".
Wish I could be at least a little helpful. Sorry.
Jim
