Roaming profile question

Hi all,

I apply roaming profile to a OU and also setting folder
redirection to share folders on the server(so my documents
link to network mount \\servername\%username%), a
department share also apply to GPO of OU using logon
script.(so two network mount drives appear after logon)
Now i want to apply all MS office 2000 components default
file location to the network mount drive. It is because I
want to make sure all working of users should be direct
copy to server location. Is it have a quick method to do
so?
