Windows installer pops up everytime i open Visual studio

Hi,

Whenever i open Visual studio the Windows installer window opens up. If i
cancel it is opens again and doesn't allow me to work with VS.NET
This problem started after I uninstalled MS office 2007 in XP. However I
have dual OS(XP and Windows server 2003) and my VS.Net is running on Windows
server 2003 OS on the same laptop.

I tried to reinstall VS.NET but the problem still exists.

Is there any way i can get rid of this problem...
