VSS 6.0 - Files names.dat may be corrupt

While accessing some folders in our VSS server, I am getting a dialogue box
"Files names.dat may be corrupt". After clicking OK button, the folder list
is displayed with some filenames showing blank names.

Has anyone faced this before?
Kindly advice a solution to fix this problem.
