By default Visio 'Escapes' any markup that gets put into the shape data when <br> it generates the web output. Yes I used the solutions given on 11/4/09. That does not allow me to click <br> in the value of the Custom Properties detail and hyperlink to email. It <br> works in the shape tool tip but not the Custom Properties detail. If it is <br> working for the shape tool tip shouldn't it be working for the Custom <br> Properties? Is there an example that could help? Thank you.
