How do I put watermark "DRAFT" diagonally in the background?

consider putting in a background page with it on it and then attaching the
background to each of your foreground pages.

Hi VU,

I have an HP laser printer, and buried deep in File > Page Setup > Print
Setup > Setup... > Printer... > Properties... > Effects

there is an option for adding watermarks. That would be another way to get
it done.
