visio 2002 standard pasted to word 2002

Using Windows Xp. For some reason a few pc's here get a different result
when they paste from visio to word (pasted as a visio object).
eg. a landscape visio drawing pasted into a landscape word document does not
resize itself correctly, it pastes into word looking like a portrait
drawing.
When I try this on my pc, it pastes into word correctly, that is, it looks
like a landscape drawing.

I have uninstalled/reinstalled, installed visio sp2 and word xp sp3 and even
reformatted their pc. Still no luck.
Im totally lost, any ideas?

word setup/fix packs?
have you tried using the same word doc on the systems you are comparing?

Printer = HP 4100

Yes, I used the same word document on my pc, removed their visio diagram and
inserted my own using the same paste method they do (paste as visio object)
and it pasted perfectly. Whatever this problem is seems to be at their
pc's.
I also tried the insert | from file on their end, same problem, it doesnt
resize properly.
