I have a customer who has Visio 2002 on their old XP machine. They just
bought a Vista machine to replace the XP machine. They wish to remove Visio
2002 from the XP machine and use it to upgrade to Visio 2007 on the new
Vista machine. The Visio 2002 disk that they have is a Visio 2002 upgrade.
Will this disk work for installing the Visio 2007 upgrade?

The install wizard for Visio 2007 will seek an existing version of Visio on
the target system. If it does not think that there is a qualifying version
already installed, it will permit the insertion of an install CD to qualify
for the upgrade to 2007. So they should be able to use the Visio 2002 CD,
even though it is an upgrade, to install the 2007 upgrade version.

Note that if the wizard doesn't appear to find the CD, he may need to
browse and manually point to the folder that contains Setup.exe.
