Disable privacy options in custom install of Visio 2007

Hello,

I am trying to build a custom installation of Visio using the /admin
utility. After the program installs and is ran for the first time it is
bringing up the "Privacy Options" which ask if the user wants to participate
in the Customer Experience program and also asking if they want to get
updates from Microsoft. I would prefer this screen not launch but I
couldn't find where to shut it off. Any ideas?
