move shape in visio does not work

When I select a shap the green squares and the cross appear, suggesting I can
move it, but I can not drag the shape. The dragging does not work in the
drawing and also I can't drag shapes from the shape window to the drawing.
Copy and paste do work OK and I am also able to change the size of a shape.
In the past I had no trouble with dragging shapes, but visio has been
reinstalled. Maybe this has something to do with it?

Check "Format=>Protection"
