If you are referring to the drawings within the Visio file, the answer is
yes. The key thing to be careful about is that there is only one printer
definition in the current releases of Visio and you will have to change the
orientation of the printer to match the drawing. Page Setup is run for each
drawing and the item "Same as Printer" should be unselected.

Make sure page rotation is enabled in Tools|Options under
the General tab. In blank drawing area, right-click and
choose View|View as Vertical. Pay attention to the
shadow of the page area as this will clue you in to which
way your view is oriented. Calling for View|View as
Vertical again will rotate the view 180 degrees. Call
for View|View as Horizontal once or twice to reset to
standard or to achieve an upside down perspective.
