I have a laptop that I have just put windows 7 upgrade on. I would like to now create a vpc I would then put a sharepoint environment on it Since this is my first time with anything virtual I would like to know can I at anytime during the installation put myself back to the beginning my reinstalling the windows 7 upgrade so I could start all over. Fax server in VM guest?

If I'm running Server 2003 as a guest under Virtual Server 2005, is it possible for the guest to see a fax modem installed on the host? I think the answer is no, but I'd like to be proved wrong. :) Thanks, Dean

BSOD 0x0000007e when backup starts

Not every time, but when the backup starts on the host I geta a blue screen with the following error code: 0x0000007e(0xffffffffc0000047, 0xfffff80001e83e28,0xfffffa600 10c4590,0xfffffa6001dc4630) I found this Microsoft article [link] that resembles my issue. I know my subject line is not real descriptive but I couldn't come up with anything that would explain right away my issue. MS Virtual Server 2005 R2 service does not start after reboot

Hello everybody My Virtual Server 2005 R2 service does not start after a reboot of the computer. I did not found an option in the web interface to enable that. The service is set to "Automatic" with "Network Service" account. Don't I see the obvious? Ben
