I have 6 Virual machines Saved in a Folder on My Network. Sometimes during my Testing of Operating Systems when I Load One using Say Windows XP and Save State, The next time I try to Use it with Vista 64/32 bit, VPC can't recognise it's Saved State and won't load it. Networking OS/2 guest (Warp4) in VPC2004?

I need to use a VPC 2004 guest created using a preinstalled VHD file with OS/2 Warp 4 for some software testing. The VHD holds an OS/2 installation complete with the VPC 2004 Additions (hence my use of VPC2004). Installing Dos 6.22 on an NTFS hard drive

I am trying to install Dos6.22 onto a VPC running under XP SP3 with an NTFS formatted hard drive. Dos 6.22 wants to reformat the drive to a FAT32. How will this affect my XP? What will happen to the reformated section of the hard drive when the VPC is removed?

Consider this scenario: I run a VirtualPC that uses an undo disk, setup the session with various windows, then close it by selecting "Save state and save changes" and checking "commit changes to virtual hard disk". So my changes are saved on the undo disk, the undo disk gets merged to the main disk, plus I get a saved... more »

Hi, I would like to ask which technology to use if we need more users testing one Virtual PC. We have Windows Server 2003 on that we have installed Virtual Server and there we have pluged VHD´s. But on that VHD´s only 2 users can log in and work simultaneosly. I would like to have whole team working on that.... more »

I have a new PC with 64bit Vista Ultimate and 8gig RAM which I was hoping would speed up HD digital video editing, but my software application will not run under Vista, so I'm thinking use Virtual PC.
