Subject: Lotus 5, VB 4-16, Win3.11
A while back, I wrote a vb4, 16-bit app for a client running Win 3.11.  The
program uses Access 2.0 mdbs.  One of the mdbs has OLE fields with bitmaps
stored in them.  The client does not have Access 2.0 on her machine.  The
program installed fine, and has been running for her for some time now.

That is, until Lotus 5 was installed on her machine.

The vb4 app would not run after the Lotus install.  It was giving
"Undefined Dynalink" errors, which I'm familiar with.  We re-ran the vb4
program install.  The program comes up now, but it is giving OLE errors,
exclusive access errors, etc, on the database with the OLE fields.  I am
not using any bound controls with the OLE fields -- I use API functions to
"chunk" the bitmaps together in an image control.  None of the databases
are opened exclusively and no one has any of the files open because no one
has Access at the client site.

I am totally stumped. Of course, I can't get this error to repeat (the joy
of trouble-shooting).

Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!
