SS2008 R2 Evaluation license

Hi,

I downloaded SS2008 R2
I am with an evaluation license
2 questions:
- is it time limited ?
- in the future I can change the license type
to put a real license (without re-installation) ?

Yes. I don't know the exact time limit for SQL 2008 R2, but previous
version had 180 days, I believe.

Depending on which edition you purchase, you may be able to run an
upgrade, rather than a reinstallation. See
