sql server upgrade error "-2147286775"

Hi there,

I've been trying to upgrade the de SQL Server 2000 to the SQL Server 2005.

On the SQL Database Services the upgrade fails with a message: Failed to
cache package c:\windows\installer\51feb.msi. Error -2147286775. Contact
your support personnel.

Any idea about what might be the problem?
