My List has a row group set up, but I deleted the first column that was
added when I created the group. My layout is like this:
[Group Header Data]
[expressions for Detail row]
In playing around with this, if I keep the column added by the row group, I
would end up with this:
[Group Header Data]
[expressions for Detail row]
This works if I check the Repeat Header Rows on Each Page for the Tablix,
but I don't want that nested look.
Isn't there a way to do what I want? Perhaps:
1. some property setting I haven't found yet?
2. a way to "merge" the two columns in the group header row
3. or a way to tell the first column to write on top of the second in the
header row (in which case I would make the first column very narrow)
I'm used to a group header being a row I have control over. It seems more
like this is a cell I have control over, and it can't extend over other
columns or just put the header over the details. Please tell me I'm wrong,
and more importantly, how I can be right. :)
Thanks,
Ray
