can NOT Access remotely Cubes using Excel 2007 and Proclarity

We have olap users accessing olap cube using excel 2007 and ProClarity. All
users are able to access without any issue in office from both excel 2007 and
ProClarity.

Recentely we have added few olap users and they are working from
remote locations.
They use VPN to login to company network from laptop. All these remote users
are NOT able to access olap cubes. Based on my research looks like we have
firewall issue over TCP/IP network, but to sure how to fix it.
Any help please.
