We are running 3 clients against 1 Sql Server and at some point (usually in the afternoon) 1 of the clients(MTS server) is unable to initialize a connection with 2147467259 Data provider cannot be initialized.
The problem is intermittent. Each of the clients uses the same connection string to open an ADOConnection. Usage on each of the clients has been reported as relatively consistent; no huge peaks or memory issues. 2 clients may be totally unaffected at the time when one is unable to connect. Eventually the ability to connect may be restored. Any help is appreciated.
