SQL active-active setup on windows clustering

we would like to setup the SQL DB using windows cluster, is it a must to have
external storage ?

the 2 server have Raid 5 configure, can we implement without external
storage ?

You need storage connected to all nodes so the SQL instance can fail over
correctly. If you do not have external storage, I suggest mirroring as your
core availability technology.

Yes, you can do it by implementing a multi-site cluster.

This requires the use of a 3rd party replication solution that
integrates with failover clustering. In your case, you will need a
3rd party host based replication solution such as SteelEye DataKeeper
Cluster Edition. Here is a STep-by-Step article that shows you how to
