Dictation using headseat and speech recognition

I cannot figure out how to do this:
1. using Jabra GN 9350
2. Hooked up to my computer and desk phone
3. I have set up speech recognition
4. I can't listen to the call and record AND dictate the conversation.
Can someone please EASILY assist me? Thank you thank you!
