I do my updates and most go fine but I keep getting error code 0x66A when trying to install microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1. I had to re-install windows from CD and am wonder is that what is causeing this problem and how do I fix this problem?

Is there a way to clean up old updates that have been expired or declined in the Software update service? If I delete the expired and declined updates, will they just download again? Norton 360 damaged after installation Vista SP2

After updating my pc with SP2 for Vista it crashed. I had to restore from an earlier point but had to install Norton 360 again becaus it did not work anymore. This happened the second time again. Any help on this problem? Thanks. Ton.
