WSUS 3.0 SP1

We upgraded our WSUS server from Windows 2000 to Server 2003. Then used
Windows Update to upgrade WSUS from 2.0 to 3.0 (SP1). This apparently was
the wrong way to go about it because now it isn't working. I cannot log on
to the console; it tells me the account I'm using must be a member of the
WSUS Admin group - but it is. It is the admin account. I am getting these
errors in the event log:

I have checked eventid.net to no avail. It seems to be permissions issues,
in IIS or NTFS or both. If anyone can be of assistance I would be most
grateful.
