Just got of the phone with MS support (BTW thank you :- ) )
- Go to Control Panel - Add or Remove Programs - check "show updates
Near the bottom you should find KB 373869 as installed
- The server(s) in question probably has IE7 installed (mine all had).
The issue appears to the detection mechanism that is confused by IE7.
And Yes -MS appears to be aware of the issue and will (hopefully) release
a updated patch.
