Keep getting same updates

We are running a WSUS server.

Automatic update keeps wanting to install the same updates over and over
again. This is happening on all our computers in the company.

On my workstation, I deleted the Software Distribution folder and let it
recreate itself but that did not work.

Any ideas on what it might be? Is it the SUS server?
