No WSUS Webpage

OK, I had never checked before (which I realize I probably should
have) but our WSUS website is not working. It seems i have all the
virtual directories in IIS. WSUS is working just great with SCCM
(they are on the same server) but when I got to http://servername I
get the under-construction page. I did go back through the WSUS
install directions and it appears that when my co-worker was
installing it they never set the Internet Guest Account Permissions
for the Default Web Site to Allow for Read & Execute; List Folder
Cont.; Read and Deny for Write. I have since corrected that issue but
still no difference. The only reason this came up is because in
trying to install a Secondary Site I keep getting errors that it can't
communicate with MP through HTTP. I'm hoping that maybe if I fix the
web page issue that it will fix the Secondary Site issues. Thanks
