New SMS install issues

I was given a new PC with SMS was loaded on it. When I want to remote
into another PC, I will open "All Systems" and right mouse click on
the PC or server I want to connect to and select All Task -> Start
remote tools.

It appears to connects to the machine and then I will click on the
"Remote Control" icon in the upper right hand corner. I will then
receive the error message "Cannot establish a security context with
the client" click on OK and then on remote control again then get a
"Credentials required" box. I have entered my credentials but when I
click on OK, the box comes back again.

I can go back to my previous PC and can connect to the same machine
without any problems.

Any thoughts as to what the issue may be and how to troubleshoot and
correct?

Not sure the version # of SMS but MMC is 2.0 version 5.1
