I just upgraded our SMS 2003 SP3 site to SCCM 2007 SP1. If I try and go to
check the MP link with IE I get "Service Unavailable" I have checked more
and any site that uses IIS is now not working. WSUS 3.0 SP1 snapin don't
work and the SMS_SQL_Monitor service does not start even if I just put a
simple default web page on the site displays "Service Unavailable" Any one
had this happen? Fix?

Hi,
Looks like an IIS problem. Try reinstalling IIS, make sure Webdav is
allowed and BITS is enabled.
After that perform a site reset.

Check to make sure WSUS and IIS are not both trying to use port 80,
