SMS 2003 Hardware Inventory on Compressed Drive

Recently I've been troubleshooting a particular server not reporting a full
hardware inventory. Come to find out the servers Windows 2003 Server OS
partition, Drive C:\ was compressed. I know Software Inventory can be set to
either include or exclude compressed files, but there is nothing about
Hardware Inventory. Is there known issues with Hardware Inventory collecting
information with drive is compressed?

Here are no know issues with HW inventory being collected from compressed
HD.

This might help you find out where the data is not flowign up to the db.
