Hi,

I have sms advanced agent installed on a Windows 2003 x64 (64bit) edition
server (This is visable in 'view x86 Control Panel) and the inventory that
comes back, is missing an installation of SQL Server 2005 (64bit) application.

I know this is installed, as it tells me in add/remove programs.
Is there something wrong?
Why can't the advanced agent see a Microsoft product?

Thanks
Sparky

Ok, from memory, which is jetlagged, an starting to wear out. But I
believe 64-bit applications are registered in a different registry key
than 32 bit applications. Sms 2003 collects add/remove programs from the
32 bit key only by default IIRC. We are not that advanced over here in
Europe, so I don't have a 64 bit server to verify my ramblings.

16 bit machines do use the same registry key though ;-)
