FSX Acceleration Guages not working

I have installed the Acceleration pack, but none of the guages for the included aircraft will work. I have not found anything in the guages file to indicate that they were even installed. Any help would be great.

Big black blotches while flying...

I have a very good Pentium 4 system. Plenty of memory, plenty of HD space, plenty of speed. But when I fly, I get these big black blotches on the screen, especially around the area where there are airports. Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions?

Can't install FSX

I had FSX runnig for 2 years. I used a SHAMPOO program to clean out unused files. This action left FSX in demo mode. I tried inserting the FSXdisc 1to repair but at end of session says it can't repair.I tried to uninstall then reinstall.Installation is aborted at the end and the message reads "An... more »

Concerning the CH yoke. . .

Yesterday I came home with this Yoke (And the X-Plane 9 simulator). I didn't bother installing the CH software since the device was recognized by the OS and the sim, and so far I only have the yoke and no extras, but I find it difficult to calibrate/adjust/tweak the thing so that it behaves properly.... more »

Guys,i've been playing FSX on my home desktop. However since my desktop monitor is down,im trying to play it on my laptop. However,when im trying to log in to gamespy for a multiplayer session, an error msg pop out saying ' The Network was unable to connect' . Why is this so? Looks for wrong drive for install

Had problem with FSX so I uninstalled program and now want to reinstall. When I click on Setup.exe, the install starts but tries to access my A drive which is a floppy drive. then says "patch package can't be opened". Anyone run into this before or know of a work around - that hopefullu doesn't... more »

Acceleration Exp Pack Install

To save space on my Raptor 30 Gb HDD I have FSX installed on a second drive (Drive D). When I try to install the Acceleration Exp Pack it tells me that I must have FSX installed and cancels the installation program. Is there a work around for this? Running WinVistaSP1 and FSX SP1
