In WSS, how do I create a column with Rich Text option for Multiple
Lines of Text, for Document Library? If I create Custom List/
Announcement, the option is available. But not sure why, I cannot find
that option in document library column. I also try create new Content
Type, and create Rich Text column for that content type. However, when
I use this content type for the Document Library, it's still displayed
with Textarea only (no formatting). How do I create Rich Text column
for Document Library?

I am not sure what I did, but suddenly the Site Column that I have
configured as Rich Textbox, can be displayed in one of the Document
Library's form as Rich Textbox. But, it only applies to one Document
Library. I create another Document Library and use the same Content
Type, but the same site column is still displayed as a regular
TextArea (no formatting) in this new Document Library. Waah, now it
becomes more mess than before, my customer/user has already seen the
Rich Textbox in one of the Document Library, so their expectation has
been set. :(. Any Idea??

I have figured it out. If you want to use Rich Textbox in Document
Library, first configure in Advance Setting, to use Content Type. In
that Content Type, create new Site Column that configure as Multiline
with Rich Textbox. After all has been setup properly, save this site
as Template. Then, create a new Document Library using the Template
that has been saved before. Aloha, now the column is displayed as Rich
Textbox.

It's weird, and not sure if it will or has been fixed by Microsoft. I
already install SP1. Any comment?
