Sharepoint Discussion Board Permissions/Views by Group

I manage 3 seperate groups of people, I would like to have a
discussion board where i could set permissions on each item i post.

Meaning:
Post 1 is viewable by only group 1
Post 2 is viewable by only group 2 and 3
Post 3 is viewable by groups 1,2 and 3

I dont want to have to create 3 seperate discussion boards, where i
might have to post the same thing 3 times on each board.

Ive looked into permissions, but it only appears to be by board, not
post.
Ive looked into Views, but im not sure how to designate someone into
that view.

Just two things I know of；
1, How about SharePoint Audience targeting? I have not tried it
before, but I still believe it can be a viable solution!
2. SharePoint Column View Permission[http://www.sharepointboost.com/
columnpermission.html]. It works well to columns, I think, therefor,it
works on items on discussion boards!
