An Excel book with pivot tables, add-ins and macros works perfectly
outside sharepoint. When executed in sharepoint it gives error
message:

"Cannot run the macro http://....[macro name]. The macro may not be
available in this workbook or all macros may be disabled"

The path in the error message exists, the excel book exists there and
the macro exists in it.

The macros are active following:

Office button -> Excel options -> trust center -> trust center
settings -> macro settings -> enable all macros

VERY INTERESTING: When macros are executed (in SP) directly in
developer -> macros they run perfectly.

VERY INTERESTING: The Excel workbook runs error free with the
corresponding add-ins (in windows out of SP).

I have received the following tip but don't know how I can take
advantage of it:

”Sharepoint uses URLs and not filepaths/filenames as most addins are
used to. They've got webaddresses which they cannot parse or work with
properly. The "workaround" would be to paste in a \\server\path
\filename address in the "open" dialogue, but any automatic update of
links/files would resolve these to HTTP-addresses which do not work
properly with old ADD-Ins.”

Thanks before hand for all tips.
Best regards
