Manually creating sites in TFS 2008

Hi all,

To cut a long story short, our TFS took a dive but I've got it up and
running again. I restored the TFS database backups then reinstalled WSS and
TFS etc. I then used stsadm to create the sites with the same name they had
before. The only issue is that none of the standard reports are there. Does
anyone know how to recreate them? There's obviously something that runs when
the site is created through Team Explorer which I'm missing while doing it
manually.
