incoming email not working

we are using default smtp server

email is arriving in drop folder

it then disappears as the wss service gobbles it up

but it doesn't arrive at the doco folder!!

any ideas anyone??

I'm also getting the same error, with unknown alias error. Did you get the
solution for this?
