How to create a new form from a web part?

hello,
I have a web part and a form library based on a form template. How can I
create a new form in the form library from this web part? Furthermore, if I
need to pass some parameters from this web part to the new form, how can I do
it?

Why you don't create an application, publish it on your server and
don't navigate it with a page viewer web part? ;)
