KPI Web Part not Theming

I've just noticed that the KPI webpart does not theme correctly. When I
switch from the default theme to cardinal, it stays light blue, while other
web parts switch to red. I tried to report this as a bug, but was told they
would burn one of my support tickets if I did, so I'm leaving a note.
SQL 2005 SP2, MOSS 2007 integrated SSRS mode.
Not fond of a company that tries to charge me to let them know they have a
bug!
