Some of the updates may already be present in the SP and there's no need
to install them now.
Were there any error codes showing for the failed updates ?
Suggest that you download, *save*, and run the Fixit from this page as
it will install the latest Windows Update Agent, reinstall BITS, reset
system Permissions to their Default settings, and clean out the
SoftwareDistribution subfolder, which contains the downloaded updates,
data for said updates, and updating components:

When the download of MicrosoftFixit50202.msi completes, close *all* open
programs and browsers.
Now run it with the system connected to the internet and choose the
Aggressive mode.
Restart the system when it's done.
